Outlook Will Not Send Mail

This is a common problem, smtp authentication needs to be turned on,

In Outlook email account set up make sure that the pop and smtp servers are set to mail.domain.com (domain.com being your domain) and that the account name is the full email address rather than just your account name like mike.

Then go to More Settings and then the Outgoing Server tab and check the box that ays My Outgoing Server (smtp) requires Authentication. Also under that check the box that says "Use same settings as my incoming mail server"

That should fix it.
